Who We Are

Hesperia Teacher's Association is the exclusive bargaining unit for all the teachers that are subject to the collective bargaining agreement in HUSD. We are also an integral part of the district's Insurance Committee, which helps to select our Health and Welfare benefits.

The Representative Council is the governing body of HTA. You are represented in HTA by your elected site reps.

The site reps have a responsibility to bring member concerns to HTA leadership and to keep the members informed on any contract issues affecting their conditions of employment. One of the ways that they are required to do this is by attending all the site rep meetings and reporting back to the members. One way of finding your local site reps and current events is through this website.
